Research Student

For individuals who wish to pursue research on specific theme, our university offers an opportunity to enroll as a Research Student. Admission is available in both April and October. The standard period of enrollment is one year for both intakes; however, students may extend their research period for a specified duration by submitting an Application for Extension of Research Period. Conversely, it is also possible to complete the research program after six months, for example, if the student is admitted to a graduate degree program after successfully passing the entrance examination.
Research Students conduct research under the supervision of their academic advisor. If deemed necessary by the advisor, and with the approval of the Program Director, Research Students may be permitted to audit classes. However, they are not eligible to earn academic credits for such coursework.
