Commonly it takes about one and a half to two hours.

What is the total area of the Regular Exhibition Halls?

Their surface area is about 9,000 square meters (97,000 square feet). If you follow the recommended route, the total distance is about 5 km (just over 3 miles).

How many artifacts are exhibited in the Regular Exhibition?

About 12,000 items. The total number of artifacts in the Museum Collection is 255,575 (as of April 2005), among which 240,000 items are listed in the Museum Catalog database.

Can I take photographs in the Exhibition Halls?

Taking photos for personal use is allowed, however, the use of tripods, monopods, and flashbulbs is not allowed. At some special exhibitions, additional restrictions apply, so if you are interested in taking photos at a special exhibition, please inquire in advance. For photography for commercial purposes, please inquire at the Information Counter.
