Access to National Museum of Ethnology from the park entrance

Bampaku-Kinen-Koen Station → Main Gate → to National Museum of Ethnology(15-minute walk)

①Turn left as you come out of the station. Go down the slope.

②Turn to the left after passing Information Center, the shop on the left.

③After crossing the bridge, you will be at the Main Gate to the Natural and Cultural Gardens.Purchase a National Museum of Ethnology admission ticket.

④After passing through the Main Gate, follow the path to the left through the Natural and Cultural Gardens.

⑤At the T intersection, turn right and walk 500m straight ahead.

⑥you will see Minpaku ahead of you on the left.

Koen-Higashiguchi Station,Nihon Teien Mae (Japanese Garden) stop → Japanese Garden Gate → to National Museum of Ethnology(15-minute walk)

Go up stairs from the bus stop.

①-B【From Koen-Higashiguchi Station
(monorail)】
Turn left as you come out of the station and walk down the slope.

②Cross the circle road using pedestrian bridge to the park.

③Proceed to the right at the East Gate to the Natural and Cultural Gardens.

④Turn left at the T intersection.

⑤Proceed with the “Dream Pond” on your left.

⑨Cross the parking lot.

⑩Purchase a National Museum of Ethnology admission ticket at the Japanese Garden Gate.

⑪After walking 100m straight ahead, you will see National Museum of Ethnology ahead of you on the left.

Nihon Teien Mae (Japanese Garden) parking lot → Japanese Garden Gate → to National Museum of Ethnology(5-minute walk)

*There is no dedicated parking lot for the National Museum of Ethnology. If you come by car, please use the parking lot of Expo’70 Commemorative Park.
*The nearest parking lot to National Museum of Ethnology is “Nihon Teien Mae (Japanese Garden) parking lot”.
