趣旨

本シンポジウムの目的は、家族の流動的な様相とその可能性を明らかにすることである。近年の人類学において、親族、医療、移民、ケアなど、別々の枠組で論じられてきた問題を、流動する家族という共通の視点からとらえようとする点が、本シンポジウムの特徴である。その理論的なねらいは、これまで国家や社会の諸制度において前提とされてきた家族の枠組み、さらには科学が定義してきた概念を相対化し、現代において家族が持つ潜在的な可能性を考えることにある。
